As a Registered Charity, we obviously could not afford our own, in house, HR department. Using Resilient HR gives us this facility but is both cost and time efficient, and allows us to get on with what we do best.
Helen has been central to the development and growth of Caring Connections. Without Helen I don’t think the organisation would be here today. As an organisation we had always used large HR consultancy / legal companies and after working with Helen would never again, Helen's services are so much better.
