Investigations
Investigations are a key part of any Disciplinary or Grievance Procedure and it is important that the investigation is thorough and follows the correct process. They are also time-consuming and sometimes engaging an independent investigator is the most cost-effective solution. In undertaking an investigation Resilient HR will:
- Review the allegations and provide a brief for the investigation
- Interview the employees concerned
- Review any relevant documentation
- Interview any witnesses
- Provide a detailed investigation report along with statements
- Make recommendations if required
